• We will help set up boards and be a resource that can provide some vetting of people and ideas

• We will have access to money to help

• We can / will act as a teacher vetting resource that will continue to push for “Jesus 1st” hires.

• We will provide access and best practices to HR situations / issues that will come up

Strategy

• We will help build a strategic plan

• We will help build metrics (around numbers and stories)

• We will hold each other accountable to our agreed plans
